WiFiSetupPro LLC is an independent technology consulting and service company. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or connected to any Internet Service Provider (ISP) such as Comcast, Xfinity, AT&T, Spectrum, Verizon, CenturyLink, or any other telecommunications company.

2. Trademark Disclaimer

Any use of third-party trademarks, brand names, product names, and logos on this website are for informational and referential purposes only. Such use does not imply any affiliation with or endorsement by their respective holders.

3. Service Limitations

We provide "inside-the-home" network optimization and configuration services. We cannot fix external line issues, widespread ISP outages, or problems originating at the ISP's central office. If our diagnostics determine the issue lies with your ISP's infrastructure, we will advise you on how to request service from them, but we cannot repair external infrastructure.

4. Equipment Warranties

We do not manufacture networking equipment. If we recommend or install third-party equipment (such as routers, switches, or mesh nodes), any warranty on that hardware is provided strictly by the original manufacturer. We provide a 30-day guarantee on our labor and configuration services only.

5. No Guarantee of Speeds

While we optimize your local network to provide the best possible performance, we cannot guarantee specific internet speeds. Your actual speed is limited by the plan you purchase from your ISP, the capabilities of your end devices, and external network congestion.
